at sentinels, my main focus was implementing and improving any internal and external processes relating to the creation of apparel and merchandise. on a daily basis, I was providing art and creative direction to designers for apparel projects and making sure that all tasks were delegated and managed in a timely manner. i also utilized plm software and my connections with overseas vendors to vastly improve the capabilities that sentinels could produce with - because of my implementations and communications with vendors, sentinels went from only being able to create low quality print-on-demand items with expensive domestic blank wholesalers, to successfully producing high quality custom cut and sew apparel overseas with much higher profit margins.

their “kickoff” (graffiti) collection was the first fully custom cut and sew apparel drop, with custom pattern french terry hoodies, heavyweight cotton tees, and sweatpants that I created the tech packs for and managed with overseas vendors to facilitate production. the collection also featured new evergreen woven label trims to really give the esports team a high quality makeover for their merchandise.
